(2 pack) Blackburn 26IN X 1.75-2.25 Schrader Value Pack Heavy Duty Bicycle Inner Tube with Tire Levers

Upon opening the box the Blackburn Heavy Duty Inner Tubes appeared thicker and heavier than the standard tubes I’m used to. The two plastic tire levers that are included in the box immediately replaced the two stainless steel teaspoons I have been carrying for that purpose. While prying the edge of the tire away from the wheel they hook onto the spokes to hold them in place so the whole operation of changing a tube only requires two hands. The tubes come with a rubber band around them which turned out to be handy for attaching the two tire levers together when not in use. The job of changing the tube only took a few minutes and everything went smoothly. After setting for a few weeks and riding the bicycle several times the tire/tube still feels fully inflated. This tube probably weighs a little more than the standard tubes so that might make a difference to those who have carbon fiber frames and forks etc, but for my purposes, on my mountain bike, I prefer a tube that is less likely to puncture plus I no longer have the check the air pressure every time I want to ride it.
